Jar Binks is a member of the Gungan species native to Naboo. Naboo is a small
green planet that is home to both the Naboo and the Gungans. Naboo has a watery
core rather than molten magma. The amphibious Gungans live in Otoh Gunga, a
beautiful underwater city located beneath the swampy marshlands of Naboo. Otoh
Gunga is made up of bubble buildings with hydrostatic membranes which keep water
out but lets the Gungans come and go freely
The
unlikely hero of the battle with the Trade Federation. Without Jar Jars input
the alliance between the Gungans and the Naboo would not have been possible.
